A consistent yoga practice is by nature, balancing, stabilizing and relaxing. Everyone is welcome to start this holistic practice from where they are. Our clean and fully equipped studio offers eco-comfort, with cork floors and natural light. All teachers are certified through our 200 hour yoga teacher training program. The thermostat is set to a sustainable and comfortable 72 degrees, warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

New Yogis: Most of our classes are open to beginners. Try out a Yoga Basics or Yoga for All Levels class, or a 6 week yoga for beginners class. 

Restful and replenishing practices:  Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra. 

Strengthen your core: Pilates Fusion 

Rhythm, dance and exhilaration: Yogatone

Later: Add more depth and strength to your practice with a choice between Slow Flow, Yoga Flow and Superflow. 

First class?  Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before start time. Belongings (including shoes & water bottles) go in the cubbies provided. The person at the desk will give you a form to fill out and take your ID photo. Bring your own mat or rent one of our Manduka demo mats for a $1 donation to the Animal Shelter. We also sell the best mats for you and the environment. 

Doors open 20 minutes prior to each class. Please do not wear any scents to class. All of our classes are best practiced several hours after a main meal. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and silence cell phones. Thank you.
