Looking to de-stress, stretch, tone, balance, calm, stabilize, relax? Everyone is welcome to start from where they are. We suggest trying different classes and teachers to find out what combinations work best for you.
Brand new to yoga? Start with the Yoga Basics class. Restful and replenishing classes include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Add more depth and strength to your practice with Yoga Flow. Pilates Fusion will strengthen your core and your whole body. Yogatone is fun, rhythmic, and exhilarating. First class? Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before start time. Belongings (including shoes & water bottles) go in the cubbies provided. The person at the desk will give you a form to fill out, take your ID photo, and inform you of check in procedures. This time is needed even if you registered online. Bring your own mat or rent one of our Manduka demo mats for a $1 donation to the animal shelter.
Doors open 20 minutes prior to each class. Please do not wear any scents to class. All of our classes are best practiced several hours after a main meal. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and silence cell phones. Thank you!
