We offer a variety of classes for all levels.

Movement Arts operates on an open schedule. When you purchase a membership or class card, you can attend any class on the regular weekly schedule.
Most of our classes are also available via LIVE STREAM through your Mindbody login. Please check for the word VIRTUAL in the title when browsing the Class Schedule.
In-person class sizes are limited*, so please reserve your space in advance on the Mindbody site (website or app). If a class is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist.
*By reserving a space in the studio, we ask you to assess your state of health leading up to class. If you feel feverish, unwell, have a cough, are sneezing (even if it’s allergies), or suspect you have been exposed to Covid 19, we ask you to stay home and practice via LIVE STREAM. Please cancel reservations through the app or by phone/email to free up space for someone else.

Yoga is for everyone**. However, when viewing online, it is up to each individual to honor their own capabilities and determine which class is suitable. If you are nursing an injury or have an underlying condition, please check with your physician for any restrictions suited to your situation. It is better to understand the fundamentals taught in Basics classes, before moving to a faster paced Flow.
