Intro to Yoga is a six-week course designed specifically for those who are brand new to yoga. You will be gently introduced to yoga asana (basic postures) by experienced teachers who will help you as an individual find the right positions for your needs.
The course also includes instruction on how to breathe well and align your body for optimal self-support. You will learn how to use yoga props correctly.
During the six weeks together you will likely meet new friends who have also decided to try yoga. After completion of the course, you may move into yoga level one or repeat the class as often as you wish until you feel ready to move on.
Once you have decided to sign up for Intro to Yoga, you may choose a once per week or twice per week option.

Course fee: $65 for once per week, $95 for twice per week
Intro classes not working for your schedule? We also have Yoga Level One, which may be taken by beginners. Other yoga classes open to beginners includes Yoga/Pilates Fusion, Pilates and Yoga Nidra. These are on-going classes that can be started anytime.
